We are selling our historic building
GALLERY, RETAIL, STUDIO, investment, home…
Built in 1894, the historic building at 402 South Railway Street has been a focal point of life in Boissevain since. It was home to the community drug store for over 100 years, after that being a retail store, art gallery and design studio.
Completely renovated in 2010, the original 2 storey brick structure is 1250 square feet, with a ‘gallery’ open space on the main floor and apartment on the second floor. There is a 1000 square foot addition on the rear with plenty of storage, an artists’ studio and a green roof/deck accessed via the upstairs apartment.
